CRJ-900 First Officer reported pressurization system failure resulted in return to departure airport.
Following a departure from ZZZ during climb a r bleed duct warning occurred. The Captain requested a stop to the climb at 22;000 feet. After trying to manually switch the bleed source to the operative (left) side with no success. The QRH was referenced and a descent to 10;000 was initiated and [priority handling requested] with a request to return to ZZZ due to the loss of all bleed sources. During the descent a cabin alt warning occurred which caused the passenger oxygen masks dropping in the cabin. Once level at 10;000 feet and the QRH procedure complete. The cabin crew was tested and informed that we were returning to ZZZ and that we would be landing within 10 minutes and that no brace or evacuation procedures would be necessary upon landing. The Captain then made an informative PA to the passengers to let them know we were at a safe altitude to breathe normally and that we were returning to the airport. We landed overweight with around around 74.4 and a descent rate of less than 500 feet per minute. No damages to the aircraft were apparent upon landing and inspection by emergency crews as well as during the walk around and no passenger were injured or required additional emergency services.
