TFC REROUTED DUE TO WX; COMPRESSES INTO NARROW AIRSPACE FOR CTLR. TOO MUCH TFC; NOT ENOUGH AIRSPACE.

Narrative

AT THE ST AUGUSTINE SECTOR (R58) IT IS BOUNDED BY W158A. WE HAVE A PORTION OF THIS AIRSPACE WHICH IS CALLED RAINBOW F. IT IS ONLY A SMALL AREA E OF OMN. THE 2 ARRS INTO ORLANDO ARE THE LEESE AND BITHO ARRS. THE LEESE WAS CLOSED AND ALL ARRS WERE SENT OVER THE BITHO. ALL OVER FLTS TO THE N OVER J53 WERE DEVIATING DUE TO WX OVER OMN. SO THEY WERE ENDING UP OVER AND E OF OMN. ALL DEPS WERE DEVIATING E OF OMN THAT WERE OFF OF ORL. ALL MELBOURNE DEPS WERE DEVIATING OVER E OF OMN. ALL JAX ARRS WERE DEVIATING E OF OMN. SO WE NOW HAVE A SECTOR THAT IS WORKING ALL ORL DEPS; ALL MELBOURNE DEPS; ALL JAX ARRS (COMING OVER THE E COAST); ALL OVER FLTS OFF THE E COAST THAT ARE NBOUND; ALL MCO ARRS (WHICH ARE HAVING TO BE SEQUENCED FROM 3 DIFFERENT CTLRS) AND ALL DAB ARRS AND DEPS. ALL THIS WITH ONLY THE SMALL PORTION OF W158 CALLED RAINBOW F. THE SECTOR HAD BOTH A D-SIDE CTLR AND A TRACKER AND WAS STILL OUT OF CTL. WE SHOULD NOT BE ASKED TO BE PLACED IN THIS POS. THIS PROC OF PUSHING THE AIRPLANES THROUGH NO MATTER WHAT HAS BEEN RPTED MANY TIMES THROUGH BOTH UCR'S AND NASA RPTS. THIS IS AN ACCIDENT IN WAITING. IS IT GOING TO TAKE 2 ACFT GETTING TOGETHER BEFORE SOMETHING IS FINALLY DONE? THE SOLUTION; EITHER USE ST AUGUSTINE SECTOR AS AN ARR OR DEP SECTOR BUT NOT BOTH.
