Synopsis

Air Traffic Controller reported an aircraft had flown through the final approach course which resulted in a NMAC with another aircraft on approach to the parallel runway.

Narrative

Company probably had some serious expectation bias. Aircraft X did not join the Final as instructed and came very close to hitting the parallel traffic. Id say this was a NMAC. Just listen to the audio. This is so dangerous. I feel that ZZZ should use lateral separation and not vertical separation before traffic is established on Final.
