General aviation pilot reported a conflict with people walking across the runway when on final approach at a non-towered airport. The pilot performed a go-around then returned for a landing.

Narrative

Short final to land at ZZZ. I see a gaggle of people walking across the runway. I initiate a go-around and re-enter the pattern. I land and attempt to speak with the people. They tell me to contact their organization. They obviously did not care. This organization has MULTIPLE TIMES in my career operated with a COMPLETE disregard to the safety of the pilots around them! I've had them fly at TPA through an active pattern I'm in. Something HAS to change. Endangering MY PASSENGERS is not acceptable. Something has to change! They need some form of accountability!
