Narrative
I was purser on flight ABC. We had a deportee onboard; I fly ZZZZ all the time and know that they wanted him off the aircraft first. I had moved him to a vacant seat. During taxi a pilot called and said we had a deportee onboard and that he needed to get off the flight first. I said I was aware. When we landed the pilots made an announcement that the seatbelt was going to be on for a few more minutes. I thought we were waiting to get towed in. I kept accessing outside to see if the jet bridge was moving which it was not. When I saw it moving I called the cockpit and they did not answer. I was waiting for the seatbelt sign to be turned off and wanted to know if it was okay to disarm the doors. The jet bridge arrived and they gave me the thumbs up. I gave them the thumbs down. They opened the door anyway. The door did what it was intended to do when opened from the outside. It disarmed automatically. I then made the disarm doors announcement and made the all call.
Second reporter narrative
Armed door was opened from the outside.- Got to gate.-pilot said over the PA seat belt sign is on almost there.-we waited for seatbelt sign to go off. It did not go off.-Agent knocked on the door 1L and Purser gave a thumbs down. Arms crossed like an X so the agent would not open the door. -The agent opened the door.
