General aviation pilot reported before exiting the runway after landing; an aircraft took off and flew directly over them.
I was coming in to land on final approach for runway XX I noticed Aircraft Y waiting on the taxiway to takeoff after I land. This was an aircraft operated by Company X. The landing seems normal. I rolled out and exited the runway on taxiway 1 as I crossed the hold short line and cleared the runway I made the radio call saying that I was clear of runway XX. I then hear on the radio that the Company X airplane was already on the upwind leg for runway XX. I looked to my left and I could see the shadow of the airplane passing almost directly over me. I heard no radio call from Aircraft Y saying that they were taking off and they made no effort to assure that the runway was clear before doing so. About 10-15 seconds later as I taxied to park I could see Aircraft Y just off the departure end of runway XX. They were likely flying right over me as I was starting to turn off the runway. If I took longer to clear the runway and their takeoff performance was a little longer there could have easily been a collision. one factor that contributed to this was the hill that runway XX goes over which makes it so that you cannot see the one end of the runway from the other.
