Narrative
ISD (Inadvertent Slide Deployment) at the 1R door; i was the FA C at doors 2R and 2L. Wasnt my door.. we arrived at the gate and did the all call as normal. called off doors 1 to 4. deplaned normally. there was no issue. I'm confident the doors were disarmed by the crew as procedure. Im fairly certain the 1R door was disarmed as i walked off the plane... the slide was not deployed while the crew was on. i cannot fathom how this happened. the crew followed monitor and challenge and performed the door report first thing as we arrived to the gate.
Second reporter narrative
Landed; seat belt sign was turned off. I turned lights to bright and said over the PA 'Flight Attendants Verify; Disarm Doors and Standby for All Call' Checked for movement of jetbridge then I proceeded to 1R. Did the Monitor and Challenge. Proceeded to 1L again did the Monitor and Challenge and then crosschecked. Did the ALL CALL. Agent knocked; I looked at both doors again and then gave the thumbs up at the 1L door window. After all the passengers had deplaned I did a walk through of the entire aircraft. To the best of my knowledge every door was disarmed. Suggestions: Taking a picture of the disarmed door and keeping it for a 48 Hr. period.
