Narrative
Found #2 engine fuel filter with incorrect and missing hardware upon removal during task. Bolt at 12 o clock that requires a dimpled washer had a flat washer. Nut and washer at 6 o clock missing. Washer on nut at 8 o clock incorrect as well.Suggestion: Inspection to verify hardware installation.
