A321 First Officer reported hearing a loud noise and an aircraft vibration after parking at the gate and shutting down one of the engines. The First Officer exited the aircraft and saw that a ground air hose had been ingested into the running engine.

A321 First Officer reported hearing a loud noise and an aircraft vibration after parking at the gate and shutting down one of the engines. The First Officer exited the aircraft and saw that a ground air hose had been ingested into the running engine.
Narrative
After the captain set the parking brake and shut down #2 engine; we waited a few moments for ground power to be connected (APU INOP). Once power was connected; the captain switched to ground power. It was at this point I remember hearing a loud noise and the aircraft started shaking. The captain then shut down engine #1. After we secured the aircraft; I went out and saw that an air hose had been ingested into the #1 engine. Cause: I did not see what exactly happened; but it appears a ground crew pulled a hose next to a running engine.
