Light aircraft pilot reported a gust of wind during taxi resulted in the propeller striking the ground and the aircraft rolling over on its back.

Narrative

I was taxiing an airplane when there was a gust of wind that picked up the tail and the prop hit the taxiway and rolled the airplane over on its back.
