Synopsis
A C172 pilot reported they lost control of the aircraft while taxiing after landing resulting in a runway excursion.
Narrative
I landed on Runway XX in windy conditions 9-19Kts from 36. I had been made to perform 3 left 360's in a very extended downwind. I floated the landing a bit in gusts. I braked to stop at [Taxiway] 1 ramp; while turning a gust hit and forced the plane left despite holding ailerons into the wind. I was unable to complete the turn onto 1. I contacted Tower and was told to shut down. On shutting down the plane; my model does not have emergency brakes; the nose wheel rolled 3' into the grass on the west corner exactly of 1 and XX as I exited the plane to meet the airport person dispatched to what was now an excursion. There were no injuries or damage; FBO staff were able to simply hand push the plane back onto the runway. I should have added power once pushed left; and simply taxied down to the next taxiway rather than try to complete the turn. I had completed flights in ZZZ1 under windy gusty conditions and was headed back to my own tie down at ZZZ. I stopped flying when conditions at ZZZ1 became to windy and they were still landing on XY with gusts at 36.
