PVT PLT OF AN SMT TWIN LOST CTL DURING LNDG TOUCHDOWN CAUSING THE ACFT TO 'DROP-IN' RESULTING IN DAMAGE TO THE R MAIN GEAR TIRE (BLOWN OUT); PROP AND THE WING WRINKLED BTWN THE FUSELAGE AND THE ENG NACELLE.
OVER THE LAKE VECTORED TO INBOUND COURSE AND CLRED VISUAL APCH; COMPLETED PRELNDG CHKLIST. RWY IN SIGHT. IAS 110 KTS GEAR DOWN FLAPS 15 DEGS; CTLR ASKS FOR LAND SHORT (NUMBERS) FULL FLAPS IAS 100 KTS INCOMING PITCH AIMING FOR (NUMBERS) FLARE; WHEELS TOUCH; PLANE GRABS AND PULLS TO THE R. I IMMEDIATELY PULL BACK AND ROLL L AILERON ON THE PLANE TO TAKE WT OFF THE R TIRE. THE PLANE HOPPED ONCE; LANDED ON L TIRE SETTLED ON THE R AND BEGAN PULLING TO THE R WHILE APPLY L BRAKE. THE PLANE STAYED ON THE RWY AND CAME TO A STOP ON R EDGE OF RWY. THE CTLR TOLD US TO TAXI OFF THE RWY TO THE R ONTO THE GRASS. UPON PWRING UP; THE PLANE DID NOT WANT TO MOVE. A PAX DISEMBARKED TO SEE THE PROB. I ASSUMED A BLOWN TIRE BUT WANTED A VISUAL ON BEFORE ATTEMPTING TO PROCEED. I RECALL THE TWR TELLING ME TO CLR THE RWY. ALSO HAD PEOPLE WAVING ME OFF. I RECALL ANSWERING TWR WE WERE HAVING TROUBLE GETTING THE PLANE TO MOVE. UPON VISUAL OF FLAT TIRE; I AGAIN RAN ENG UP AND SLOWLY TAXIED OFF THE RWY. THE FLAG PERSON TOLD ME TO SHUT IT DOWN WHEN I WAS CLR OF THE RWY. AT THIS TIME I SHUT THE AIRPLANE DOWN AND COMPLETED AFTER LNDG AND SHUT DOWN CHKLIST. IT IS MY OPINION THAT THE R MAIN TIRE WAS FLAT OR BLOWN OUT PRIOR TO LNDG OR THAT IT BLEW ON INITIAL CONTACT AT TOUCHDOWN. UPON EXITING THE ACFT; AFTER SHUT DOWN WAS WHEN ANYONE NOTICED THE PROP HAD STRUCK; SOMETIME AFTER THAT; WE NOTICED SOME WRINKLES IN THE SKIN IN THE AREA BTWN NACELLE AND FUSELAGE.
