A LEAR 25 CREW ROLLED OFF THE END OF THE RWY AFTER A LONG LNDG.
WE WERE CLRED FOR A VISUAL APCH TO RWY 17L AT DEN. WHILE ON FINAL; WE WERE UNSURE IF A CLRNC TO LAND HAD BEEN GIVEN. MY COPLT MADE SEVERAL ATTEMPTS TO CONFIRM OUR LNDG CLRNC; BUT WAS UNSUCCESSFUL. I CONTINUED THE APCH ACROSS THE LNDG THRESHOLD BUT DID NOT LAND THE ACFT. MY COPLT FINALLY RECEIVED A CLRNC TO LAND AND I LANDED THE ACFT; TOUCHING DOWN APPROX HALFWAY DOWN THE 12000 FT RWY AT VREF +/-15 KTS. I IMMEDIATELY DEPLOYED SPOILERS; THEN ATTEMPTED TO DEPLOY THRUST REVERSERS; HOWEVER; THEY WOULD NOT ARM OR DEPLOY. ATTEMPTED TO RESET REVERSERS BUT THEY STILL WOULD NOT ARM. AS I BEGAN BRAKING; THE ANTI-SKID INOP LIGHTS CAME ON; PREVENTING MAX BRAKING. ATTEMPTED A RESET OF THE ANTI-SKID SWITCH WITH THE SAME RESULT. I THEN REALIZED WE WERE BEGINNING TO RUN OUT OF RWY AND BEGAN MAX BRAKING; FULLY EXPECTING THE BRAKES TO LOCK; CAUSING TIRE BLOWOUTS. KNOWING THAT WE WOULD DEPART THE RWY; I ATTEMPTED TO AVOID THE REILS AND THE RWY EDGE LIGHTS AND STEERED BTWN THEM COMING TO REST ABOUT 50 FT PAST THE END AND 20 FT TO THE SIDE. NO DAMAGE TO THE ACFT OR RWY LIGHTS AND NO INJURIES. (TIRES DID NOT BLOW OUT.) IN THIS MANEUVERING; I BELIEVE WE ENCOUNTERED SOME OF THE PACKED SNOW AND ICE THAT COVERED ONE THIRD OF THE RWY EITHER SIDE OF CTRLINE. THIS REDUCED BRAKING ABILITY CONSIDERABLY.
