B737-200 FLC IN AN UNCOORD UNAUTH LNDG. CLRNC LNDG NOT RECEIVED. STILL ON APCH CTL FREQ DURING LNDG PROC ROLLOUT.

Narrative

AFTER BEING TURNED ON A SHORT VISUAL APCH FOR RWY 27R AT FLL BY MIAMI APCH AND CLRED FOR A VISUAL TO RWY 27R I THOUGHT MY FO WENT TO FLL TWR AND WE WERE GIVEN CLRNC TO LAND. UPON LNDG HOWEVER; I HEAR MIAMI APCH GIVING HEADING/ALT CHANGES TO OTHER ACFT. AFTER ROLLOUT AND TURN OFF RWY WE GO TO GND CTL AND THEY CLR US TO THE GATE -- NO QUESTIONS ASKED!! NOW I'M NOT SURE IF WE WERE CLRED TO LAND BY TWR OR WE HAD STAYED ON MIAMI APCH FREQ. MIAMI APCH WAS VERY BUSY AND SO WERE WE WITH THE SHORT FINAL; DOING LNDG CHKLIST; ETC. AT 500 FT AGL I ALWAYS SAY '5 GREEN LIGHTS AND CLRED TO LAND.' I DID THIS AT 500 FT BUT NOW I'M NOT SURE IF WE WERE EVER CLRED. I CALLED THE TWR BY TELEPHONE FROM THE GATE AND WAS TOLD THERE WAS NO PROB AND EVERYTHING WAS OK. THEY DIDN'T HAVE TIME TO TALK VERY LONG SINCE THERE WAS A BOMB THREAT TAKING PLACE ON THE FIELD AT THE SAME TIME!! MAYBE THE FO INADVERTENTLY CHANGED BACK TO MIAMI APCH FREQ FROM TWR WHEN PUTTING IN THE GND FREQ ON THE OTHER RADIO CTL HEAD. I WOULD USUALLY SAY THE LESSON LEARNED WAS 'IF NOT SURE ASK AGAIN' BUT WE'RE NOT SURE IF WE WERE CLRED! NO CONFLICTS OCCURRED SINCE WE WERE THE ONLY ACFT ON FINAL AND NO OTHER ACFT WERE TAKING OFF OR TAXIING ON THAT SIDE OF THE FIELD AT THAT TIME. SUPPLEMENTAL INFO FROM ACN 358540: WE WERE ON APCH FREQ DURING ROLLOUT. IT SEEMED; HOWEVER; TO US THAT WE HAD RECEIVED A LNDG CLRNC; HOWEVER; THAT KEY PHRASE 'CLRED;' WAS GIVEN BY APCH TO ANOTHER ACFT. I FEEL WE MISTOOK 'CLRED' TO MEAN 'CLRED TO LAND.' I DID HAVE TWR DIALED INTO THE OTHER COM HEAD.
