PIC OF CORP JET ALLOWS NEW FO TO FLY ACFT ON FIRST LEG; A FERRY FLT TO ANC. ACFT PERFORMS AN UNAUTH LNDG WITHOUT GETTING LNDG CLRNC.
FLT FROM MIDWEST TO ANC FOR ACFT AND PAX FERRY. ACFT AND PAX TO BE FLOWN BY NEW CREW TO FAR EAST. DEPARTING MIDWEST ARPT FOR ANC CREW HAD LAST MIN CREW CHANGE AND SIC NOW BECAME THE RESPONSIBLE CAPT WITH NEW FO FRESH OUT OF TRAINING. IT WAS DECIDED THAT SINCE WX AT BOTH ENDS WAS GOOD; THE NEW PLT WOULD FLY 'FOR THE EXPERIENCE.' ON ARR WITH APCH CTL; ACFT WAS HIGH. AS I BEGAN TALKING TO FO TO RECTIFY; APCH TURNED US ON DOWNWIND TO FOLLOW TFC TURNING BASE LEG WITH ACFT AHEAD CALLED 'IN SIGHT.' (WE WERE STILL HIGH AND CAPT WAS STILL TALKING A LOT TO FO.) APCH CLRED US FOR A VISUAL TO RWY 6R AND TO MAINTAIN VISUAL SEPARATION WITH TFC. I DON'T BELIEVE THEY SWITCHED US TO TWR FREQ -- AT LEAST I DIDN'T HEAR IT. (I WAS STILL TALKING A LOT -- TRYING TO GET US SLOWED AND ON GLIDE PATH.) I MENTALLY NOTED OUR TFC CLRING RWY 6R WHEN WE WERE ABOUT 2 MI OUT; BUT I WAS STILL VERY BUSY/PREOCCUPIED AND TALKING/HELPING. AFTER LNDG AND ROLLING OUT TOWARDS OUR INTENDED TXWY; I CALLED TWR (I THOUGHT) TO INFORM THEM OF OUR DEST -- APCH CTL RESPONDED! IT WAS THEN I REALIZED WE HAD LANDED WITHOUT CLRNC WITH ANC TWR! CRM WAS NON EXISTENT AT THIS POINT. CAPT WAS FLYING VERBALLY AND FO WAS STRUGGLING TO KEEP UP WITH ACFT. MENTAL PREPARATION WAS LACKING. DID NOT ACCOUNT FOR LACK OF FO'S EXPERIENCE.
