ACR MLG WAS CLRED POS AND HOLD RWY 28R. ACR CLRED CROSS RWY 28L ON INTXN P HOLD SHORT RWY 28R. ACR RWY 28R CLRED FOR TKOF. ON TKOF ROLL; MONITORING THE ACFT ON INTXN P TO INSURE HE HELD SHORT. LOOKING DOWN THE RWY; CAPT SAW BEECH BARON TAXIING ON RWY 28R AND CALLED FOR THE FO; PF; TO ROTATE. PASSED OVER THE BARON AT 50 FT. TWR REQUESTED CALL ON ARR LAX.
EVERYTHING WAS NORMAL ON THE TAXI OUT; ALTHOUGH THE MORNING DEPS WERE BEING DELAYED DUE TO TKOFS ON RWYS 28 AT SFO DUE TO WINDS AND WX. ALSO; GND CTL WAS SPLITTING TIME ON 121.8 AND 124.25 DUE TO THE DENSITY OF THE GND TFC. AS WE CROSSED RWY 28L AND POS AND HOLD RWY 28R WE WERE GIVEN A 3 MIN DELAY FOR FLOW INTO LAX WHILE HOLDING ON RWY 28R. ANOTHER FLT WAS GIVEN CLRNC TO CROSS RWY 28L AT INTXN P AND HOLD SHORT OF RWY 28R. WE WERE THEN GIVEN CLRNC TO TAKE OFF ON RWY 28R. AS WE SET TKOF THRUST; BOTH THE CAPT AND I WATCHED THE OTHER FLT AS WE ROLLED DOWN RWY 28R TO BE SURE THE ACFT HELD SHORT. AS WE PASSED INTXN P; AND LOOKED DOWN THE RWY; THE CAPT SAW A BARON BEECHCRAFT AT THE FAR END OF RWY 28R AND APCHING; CAPT STATED OVER THE RADIO 'ACFT ON RWY;' THEN STATED; 'ROTATE.' SECONDS LATER; THE TWR SAID 'OH SHIT.' UPON HEARING THAT; WE TOLD THE TWR WE HAD THE BARON IN SIGHT AND WERE TOLD TO CALL UPON LNDG IN LAX. WE CLRED THE BARON BY 50 FT OR SO. THE FLT CONTINUED TO LAX WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT.
