A BAE800; HAWKER; HAS AN ACFT INTRUDE ON HIS APCH PATH INTO CIG; IL. INTRUDING ACFT DOES NOT SEE RPTR'S ACFT; SO RPTR THEN RECEIVES A TCASII RA AS HE TAKES EVASIVE ACTION.
WE WERE ON A RADAR VECTOR FROM GARY TWR/APCH; TO CHICAGO MEIGS. WE HAD BEEN ON AN IFR FLT PLAN WHICH WAS TERMINATED WITH AN ILS APCH TO GARY. WE CANCELED THE APCH PRIOR TO ILS INTERCEPT AND PROCEED VFR TO MEIGS WITH RADAR SEPARATION AND SEQUENCE FROM GARY. WE WERE SEQUENCED BEHIND ANOTHER HAWKER; CITATION; OURSELVES AND A THIRD HAWKER. ALL ACFT WERE SPACED APPROX 4 MI IN TRAIL OF EACH OTHER. ALL ACFT WERE CLRED TO PROCEED TO MEIGS AT OR ABOVE 2000 FT MSL ALONG THE SHORELINE; AND TO CONTACT MEIGS TWR. AS WE APCHED THE SHORELINE A KING AIR CALLED MEIGS FROM THE SSW. HE WAS TOLD TO MAINTAIN VFR; TO CONTINUE TOWARD THE FIELD AT 2000 FT AND SEQUENCE BEHIND OUR ACFT; A HAWKER. IF HE COULD NOT MAKE VISUAL CONTACT WITH OUR HAWKER; TO REMAIN AT 2000 FT AND PROCEED OVER THE ARPT FOR R TFC AND THE TWR WOULD CALL HIS SEQUENCE. DURING THE VISUAL APCH WE OBTAINED VISUAL CONTACT WITH THE CITATION IN FRONT OF US AT ABOUT 3 MI. APPROX 3 MI S OF MEIGS WE ALSO OBTAINED A VISUAL ON THE KING AIR; WHO HAD NOTIFIED MEIGS HE HAD A JET IN SIGHT BUT DIDN'T KNOW THE TYPE. HE WAS NOW AT APPROX 1500 FT. WE WERE JUST BEGINNING OUR DSCNT ON THE APCH. WE HAD BEEN MONITORING ALL ACFT ON TCASII FOR SPACING. VERY SHORTLY AFTER VISUAL CONTACT WITH THE KING AIR; HE SHOWED UP ON TCASII AND WE RECEIVED A TCASII CLB (RA). THIS RESULTED IN A CLB TO 3000 FT AND AN OVERFLT OF THE FIELD AS DID THE KING AIR AT 1500 FT. MEIGS TWR WAS NOTIFIED OF THE TCASII RA AND PROVIDED TFC SEPARATION AND SEQUENCING WHICH RESULTED IN R-HAND TFC OVER THE LAKE FOR LNDG OF BOTH ACFT. NO FURTHER ACTIONS OR COMMENTS WERE MADE OR TAKEN. SUPPLEMENTAL INFO FROM ACN 371655: THERE WAS A SECOND HS25 BEHIND US WITH US IN SIGHT. A KING AIR CAME FROM THE AREA OF MDW. WE HAD HIM ON TCASII BUT NOT VISUAL WHEN HE CUT INTO OUR LNDG SLOT AND CAUSED OUR TCASII RA CLB. THE INFLT VISIBILITY WAS AROUND 5 MI BUT ATIS WAS CALLING 10 MI.
