CONVERGING COURSE TFC SIT INVOLVING AN SW3 STRAIGHT IN WITH LNDG CLRNC AND A C130 ON R BASE FOR THE SAME RWY. ACFT TOOK EVASIVE ACTION. RPTR SAYS THEY WERE NOT INFORMED OF THE C130.

Narrative

UPON STARTING THE VISUAL FOR RWY 19 ENA; WE WERE TOLD TO RPT 2 DME -- WE WERE 8 MI. WE WERE THEN ASKED TO RPT AGAIN THIS TIME WE WERE AT 35 DME. WE WERE CLRED TO LAND. AT THIS POINT; WE WERE SLOWING TO OUR APCH SPD WHEN MY FO NOTICED A C130 TURNING BASE. WE QUERIED TWR AND WERE THEN TOLD WE WERE #2 FOR RWY 19. I REALIZED THAT WE WOULD BOTH BE OVER THE VOR AT THE SAME TIME. I STATED I WOULD DO A R 360 DEG TURN. THE C130 SAID HE WOULD ALSO DO A 360 DEG TURN. I TOLD THE C130 TO CONTINUE LNDG. ATC AT THIS POINT HAD LOST SITUATIONAL AWARENESS. AT 1/2 WAY AROUND MY TURN. I WAS INFORMED THAT THERE WAS A TWIN OTTER BEHIND ME. WE SPOTTED THE TWIN OTTER AND REALIZED THAT AGAIN SPACING WOULD NOT WORK. SO WE FELL IN BEHIND THE OTTER AND LANDED UNEVENTFULLY. TWR HAD CLRED US TO LAND WITHOUT INFORMING US OF THE C130. WE WERE APPROVED FOR THE R 360 DEGS WITHOUT BEING TOLD OF THE OTTER TILL WE WERE 1/2 WAY INTO THE TURN. I CONTACTED THE TWR CHIEF TO TALK ABOUT THE SIT. HE SHIFTED ALL BLAME TO US AND MADE THE SIT APPEAR UNIMPORTANT. HE ALSO REFUSED TO GIVE THE NAME OF THE CAB OPERATOR I WAS TALKING TO WHEN THIS ALL HAPPENED.
