MD11 CREW DSNDING INTO RJAA; RECEIVING PRIORITY HANDLING BECAUSE OF AN ENG PROB; RECEIVED A TCASII RA TO CLB. THE CREW TOOK EVASIVE ACTION TO AVOID A B747. THE B747 ALSO RECEIVED A TCASII ALERT. 6 CABIN CREW MEMBERS ON THE MD11 WERE INJURED.
ON INITIAL APCH TO RJAA; ACR X REQUESTED PRIORITY HANDLING DUE TO #3 ENG OIL QUANTITY LOW WARNING. APCH ASKED IF WE WERE DECLARING AN EMER. WE RESPONDED 'NO; NOT AT THIS TIME.' WERE THEN GIVEN A VECTOR FOR FINAL APCH AND TOLD TO DSND FROM 12000 FT TO 10000 FT. WE WERE LEVEL AT 10000 FT FOR A SHORT TIME WHEN WE RECEIVED A TCASII TA. AT THAT TIME NARITA APCH GAVE US AN IMMEDIATE DSCNT TO 9000 FT. THE FO (PF) WAS JUST INITIATING A DSCNT WHEN THE TCASII COMMANDED A 'CLB' RA. THE FO AND CAPT BOTH SIMULTANEOUSLY DISCONNECTED THE AUTOPLT; ADDED MAX PWR AND BEGAN AN AGGRESSIVE CLB. THE TCASII THEN ISSUED A 'MONITOR ASCENT RATE' COMMAND. WE THEN LEVELED OFF AT 10000 FT AND ADVISED NARITA APCH THAT WE WERE LEVEL AT 10000 FT. ATC THEN ADVISED US TO MAINTAIN 10000 FT. ATC WAS ADVISED OF OUR TCASII RA TO CLB. AN ACR Y FLT ALSO COMMENTED ON THE APCH FREQ THAT THEY HAD RECEIVED AN RA FROM THEIR TCASII. WE WERE THEN GIVEN NUMEROUS VECTORS AND CONCLUDED AN UNEVENTFUL FINAL APCH AND LNDG INTO TOKYO'S NARITA ARPT RWY 34 ILS. NO PAX WERE INJURED. 6 FLT ATTENDANTS RECEIVED MINOR INJURIES DURING THE TFC AVOIDANCE MANEUVER. NO BROKEN BONES RESULTED.
