THERE SEEMS TO BE A LACK OF CLR AND CONCISE COM BTWN THE TWR AND THE MIL APCH CTL ON TFC INFO.
I WAS WORKING FLT DATA/GND CTL AT LAW; OK (A VFR TWR). FORT SILL ARAC RUNS THE APCH CTL FOR THE AREA. THE ARAC CTLR GAVE SEVERAL INBOUNDS AND OVERFLT TFC CALLS. HIS INFO WAS CONFUSING SO I ASKED FOR AND RECEIVED A SEQUENCE OF ALL THE INBOUNDS AND TFC. A BONANZA HAD TAXIED TO RWY 17 AND WAS AWAITING AN IFR DEP. ALL THE INBOUNDS AND TFC WERE NBOUND. THE CTLR AT FORT SILL TOLD US TO HOLD FOR RELEASE ON THE BONANZA. A SHORT TIME LATER WE WERE OFFERED A RELEASE WITH VISUAL SEPARATION FROM THE ARR ON FINAL. THAT ACFT WAS ALREADY LESS THAN 4 MI OPPOSITE DIRECTION AND WE DID NOT RELEASE THE BONANZA. AFTER THAT ACFT PASSED; FORT SILL RELEASED THE BONANZA WITH A WBOUND HDG. TFC; ACCORDING TO THE SEQUENCE WE HAD BEEN GIVEN; WAS A T37 PASSING DOWN OUR E SIDE ON A PAR TO FORT SILL. JUST AS THE LCL CTLR WAS ABOUT TO ISSUE THE TKOF CLRNC TO THE BONANZA; WE RECEIVED A 4 MI CHK FROM A DIFFERENT CTLR AT FORT SILL. THAT ACFT; ALSO A T37; WAS ON A SURVEILLANCE APCH TO RWY 35 AT LAW. WE HELD THE BONANZA AND SUBSEQUENT DEPS UNTIL WE WERE CONFIDENT THAT THE SEQUENCING CONFUSION HAD BEEN CORRECTED. THERE WERE SUPPOSED TO HAVE BEEN 2 OTHER ACFT IN FRONT OF THE T37 ON THE SURVEILLANCE APCH. IF WE HAD DEPARTED THE BONANZA; HE WOULD HAVE BEEN OPPOSITE DIRECTION TO A T37 LESS THAN 4 MI AWAY AND NOT IN COM WITH LAW TWR.
