A C152 STUDENT PLT LOSES CTL OF THE ACFT AND EXITS THE TKOF RWY DURING THE ABORTED TKOF.
STUDENT PLT AS SOLO(+5 HRS AS SOLO) TO PRACTICE MANEUVERS AS SLOW FLT; ETC; IN THE PRACTICE AREA. TKOF ON RWY 25R LGB. I WAS CLRED FOR TKOF. CTRED PLANE ON RWY AND ADDED FULL PWR AND CHKED INSTS. THEN I NOTICED I WAS VERY L OF CTRLINE AND LOOKED OVER L SHOULDER AT WINDSOCK. THERE WAS A XWIND FROM THE N OF MY R SIDE. (ATIS WIND WAS VARIABLE AT THAT TIME.) THERE WERE A FEW TIMES THE WIND WAS FROM THE S WHERE I HAD ALWAYS CORRECTED WITH THE L AILERON AND R RUDDER. THIS TIME I CORRECTED WITH THE R AILERON AND L RUDDER. MY TURN BECAME WORSE! I REMOVED MY FOOT FROM THE L RUDDER AND REALIZED I WAS OUT OF CTL. (I KNEW SOMETHING WAS VERY WRONG!) AT THAT POINT; I SAW MYSELF RUNNING INTO THE GRASS OFF THE RWY. I IMMEDIATELY PULLED BACK THE THROTTLE AND MIXTURE TO IDLE JUST BEFORE LEAVING THE RWY. AHEAD OF ME WAS THE VASI (LIGHTS). WHILE I WAS BRAKING; I KNEW THERE WOULD BE AN IMPACT SO I BRACED FOR IT. THERE WAS A BUMP AND THE PLANE SLOWED DOWN. IT STOPPED ON THE TXWY. I TURNED OFF THE MAGNETOS AND MASTER SWITCH AND JUMPED OUT OF THE PLANE TO SEE IF THERE WAS MAJOR DAMAGE. SINCE I DID NOT SEE ANY DAMAGE TO THE PROP; ENG OR WING; I CONTACTED THE TWR AND REQUESTED CLRNC TO TAXI. THE TWR ASKED IF I WAS ALL RIGHT. I ANSWERED 'YES.' THEN THEY SAID CONTACT GND. I STARTED UP THE ENG AND CONTACTED GND. CORRECTIVE ACTION: 1) SET PARAMETER. IF OFF CTRLINE BY 15 FT DURING TKOF ROLL; THEN ABORT FLT; TAXI AGAIN TO RWY. 2) ALWAYS ACCOUNT FOR L TURNING TENDENCY OF AIRPLANE DURING TKOF; AND APPLY R RUDDER AS NECESSARY. 3) MAINTAIN SITUATIONAL AWARENESS. DO NOT BECOME FIXATED ON A SINGLE PERCEIVED PROB AND NEGLECT TO PROPERLY CTL THE AIRPLANE. 4) RECOGNIZE ANY OBSTACLE THAT MIGHT AFFECT SITUATIONAL AWARENESS SUCH AS STRESS.
