AN FK100 LANDS WITHOUT LNDG CLRNC AT CLT; NC.
WE HAD BEEN RECEIVING VECTORS BY APCH CTL AND SUBSEQUENTLY CLRED FOR THE ILS APCH. LLWS ADVISORIES HAD BEEN ISSUED. THE CAPT AND MYSELF WERE LISTENING TO APCH CTL TALKING WITH ANOTHER ACFT REGARDING HIS GND SPD AND THE WINDS ALOFT. WE CONFIGURED THE ACFT FOR LNDG AND COMPLETED THE LNDG CHKLIST WHILE MONITORING THE WINDS (WINDS GUSTING TO 30 KTS). AFTER LNDG AND CLRING THE RWY; I CONTACTED GND CTL AND WAS ASKED IF WE HEARD OUR LNDG CLRNC; BECAUSE TWR HAD NOT HEARD FROM US. I LOOKED AT THE DUAL RADIO CTL HEAD AND SAW APCH CTL'S FREQ; BUT NOT THE TWR FREQ. I RESPONDED THAT WE HEARD/RECEIVED THE LNDG CLRNC BUT THAT (I THINK) WAS JUST HABIT. AFTER REFLECTING ABOUT THE RADIOS; I THINK IT IS PROBABLE WE DID NOT RESPOND TO THE TWR CLRING US FOR LNDG. I DO NOT THINK APCH CTL HANDED US OFF TO TWR BECAUSE OF THE ONGOING CONVERSATION WITH THE SUDDEN ACFT'S GND SPD AND WINDSHEAR/TURB IN THE AREA. WE (THE CREW) HAD A 13 HR WORK DAY THE PREVIOUS DAY WITH A 10 HR OVERNIGHT -- AND I DO THINK FATIGUE WAS A FACTOR. THE CAPT AND I HAD REMARKED HOW TIRED WE FELT AND IT WAS ONLY OUR THIRD LEG (ONE MORE SHORT ONE TO GO). I TRY TO REMEMBER TO QUERY THE CTLR ABOUT TURNING US OVER TO TWR FREQ WHEN IT ISN'T DONE BY WITHIN 5 MI; BUT THE ENVIRONMENTAL CONSIDERATIONS APPARENTLY TOOK OVER THIS TIME.
