CAPT OF AN MLG LINED UP WITH ANOTHER RWY THAN CLRED FOR DURING A VISUAL APCH AND AFTER BEING QUESTIONED BY THE FO AND TWR CTLR WAS CLRED TO LAND ON THE RWY TO WHICH ALIGNED.

Narrative

WE WERE CLRED FOR A VISUAL TO RWY 10. CAPT BRIEFS RWY 10; AND HAS THE PLATE IN FRONT OF HIM. (I DIDN'T NOTICE WHETHER OR NOT HE HAD THE ILS FREQ IN THE BOX OR NOT.) BEAUTIFUL DAY OUT. CAPT IS FOCUSED OUTSIDE COMPLETELY. I WATCH HIS DSCNT AND CONFIGN OF THE ACFT AND BEGIN TO REALIZE THAT HE WASN'T PLANNING A LNDG ON RWY 10 AT ALL. HE'S AIMING FOR RWY 15R. LOC COMES ALIVE; AND I SPEAK UP AND SAY 'HEY; THERE GOES THE LOC; ARE YOU GOING TO TURN?' BWI TWR NOTICES AS WELL AND ASKS IF WE WANT TO LAND RWY 15R. CAPT ACKNOWLEDGES AND WE LAND RWY 15R WITH CLRNC. HE WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE WENT TO RWY 10. THIS WAS OUR LAST LEG OF A 3 DAY TRIP. I WAS SOMEWHAT INTIMIDATED BY HIM. I SAW EARLY ON THAT THE APCH CONFIGN BTWN SPD; ALT AND DEGS TO TURN WERE NOT CORRECT. I WAITED TOO LONG TO SAY SOMETHING. I WAS THINKING; HE'S BEEN HERE 1000 TIMES; I MUST BE LOOKING AT THE WRONG RWY. PLUS I DIDN'T WANT HIM TO THINK I WAS DUMB IF I SAID SOMETHING (I KNOW; BAD). I'M LEARNING. WHILE WATCHING THIS PROGRESS; I HAD MY EYES LOCKED ON WATCHING THE LOC AND PROFILE TO BE CERTAIN THAT I WAS 100% CORRECT BEFORE I SAID ANYTHING. HAD I TOLD HIM EARLY ON THAT '10' WAS THE RWY; I'M SURE IT COULD HAVE HELPED; ALTHOUGH I FLINCH A BIT STILL THINKING HOW HE PROBABLY WOULD HAVE SAID 'I KNOW THAT...' LEAVING HIM WITH THE THOUGHT THAT I WAS QUESTIONING HIS TECHNIQUE. WELL; THAT'S WHAT I'LL DO NEXT TIME REGARDLESS. AGAIN; TWR CLRED US TO LAND; AND WE DID WITHOUT INCIDENT. BUT WE SHOULD HAVE BEEN DOING A VISUAL TO RWY 10.
