FLC OF AN AIRBUS 300 COULD NOT GET ACFT PUSHED BACK FROM THE JETBRIDGE; WHICH HAD CAUGHT FIRE; DUE TO AN INOP TUG. IN ADDITION; THEY EXPERIENCED FUEL LOAD; AND PAX ACTUAL COUNT; PROBS WHICH CAUSED INACCURATE ACFT WT AND BAL; PERFORMANCE COMPUTATIONS; AND SETTINGS; UNTIL MUCH TIME AND EFFORT WAS APPLIED.
THE FOLLOWING IS A LIST OF ITEMS WHICH WE HAD TO DEAL WITH IN ORDER TO GET THIS FLT OUT SAFELY AND ON TIME. THE ACFT WOULD ONLY ACCEPT A FUEL LOAD OF 117400 LBS. THE RELEASE CALLED FOR 119000 LBS. INCORRECT PAX COUNT. STATION OPS REFUSED TO BELIEVE OUR PAX COUNT EVEN AFTER 4 SEPARATE COUNTS CONDUCTED BY 2 DIFFERENT PEOPLE. INCORRECT WT BECAUSE OF ABOVE. INCORRECT CTR OF GRAVITY BECAUSE OF ABOVE. INCORRECT V-SPDS BECAUSE OF ABOVE. INCORRECT TRIM SETTING. CONSTANT PRESSURE BY STATION PERSONNEL; WITH THE EXCEPTION OF OUR GATE AGENT WHO SHOULD BE COMMENDED; TO DEPART. SUGGESTION OF UNAUTH PROC BY STATION PERSONNEL TO SOLVE ITEMS ABOVE. INAPPROPRIATE AND DISRESPECTFUL ATTITUDE OF LEAD AGENT. RELUCTANCE OF STATION PERSONNEL TO SUGGEST TO DISPATCH A DIFFERENT FLAP SETTING UNTIL ORDERED TO DO SO. INOP TUG HOOKED UP TO ACFT. JETBRIDGE FIRE. AFTER BOARDING ALL PAX EXCEPT NON-REVENUES THE JETBRIDGE CAUGHT ON FIRE. NOTIFIED STATION OPS OF FIRE AND TO SEND PUSH CREW AND FIRE CREW TO ACFT. ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSE; FIRE BURNED ITSELF OUT. WAS UNABLE TO PUSH AWAY FROM GATE BECAUSE OF AN INOP TUG. CLOSED CABIN DOOR AND HAD JETBRIDGE REMOVED.
