Synopsis

A BEECH BARON PLT RPTS DIFFICULTY WITH ATIS BLEEDOVER ONTO THE GND CTL FREQ AT AGC.

Narrative

ON THE GND AT XYZ; I WAS PREPARING TO TAXI. I RECEIVED MY TAXI INSTRUCTIONS FROM THE GND CTLR WHO WAS VERY DIFFICULT TO UNDERSTAND DUE TO BLEEDOVER FROM ATIS ONTO THE GND FREQ. I WAS TOLD TO TAXI TO RWY 28. I BEGAN TO TAXI AND REALIZED I MISSED THE TXWY A WHICH I NEARED. I STOPPED PRIOR TO REACHING AN INTXN AT RWY 28 AND WAS PREPARING TO CALL GND CTL WHEN GND CTL CONTACTED ME AND TOLD ME TO HOLD MY POS; WHICH I DID. I THEN RECEIVED OTHER INSTRUCTIONS WHICH WERE UNREADABLE DUE TO THE BLEEDOVER FROM ATIS. I RELAYED THAT INFO TO THE GND CTLR THAT SHE WAS UNREADABLE. I WAS THEN CONTACTED BY THE TWR CTLR AND TOLD TO BACK TAXI ONTO RWY 28 AND CLRED FOR TKOF. I NEVER CROSSED ONTO THE ACTIVE RWY UNTIL INSTRUCTED TO DO SO. I THINK THIS COULD HAVE BEEN RESOLVED HAD I RECEIVED A PROGRESSIVE TAXI FROM THE GND CTLR. HOWEVER; ALL INSTRUCTIONS WERE VERY DIFFICULT TO UNDERSTAND WITH THE BLEEDOVER FROM ATIS. HAD I RECEIVED A PROGRESSIVE TAXI AND THE BLEEDOVER CORRECTED THE SIT COULD HAVE BEEN AVOIDED. THERE WAS NO CONFLICT WITH ARRIVING; DEPARTING OR TAXIING ACFT.
