A B737-400 CREW; FERRYING AN ACFT AFTER HAVING MAINT PERFORMED; FLEW TO DET. THEY LEFT THE COCKPIT DOOR OPEN. DURING LNDG ROLLOUT; THE AFT CTR GALLEY CART BECAME LOOSE; ROLLED DOWN THE AISLE; AND CRASHED INTO THE CTR CONSOLE OF THE FLT DECK.
SHORTLY AFTER WE ARRIVED; MAINT ARRIVED WITH A PART TO FIX THE EIS PANEL. WHEN HE FINISHED; WE ALL WENT OUT TO THE AIRPLANE. I WAS TOLD TO GO UP FRONT AND GET EVERYTHING READY TO GO. I ACCOMPLISHED THE FLT DECK PREPARATION DUTIES WHILE CAPT DID BOTH THE INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR WALKAROUNDS. MAINT STAYED WITH US UNTIL ALL OF THE PREFLT DUTIES WERE COMPLETED; THEN WENT OUTSIDE TO WAIT FOR US TO GIVE HIM A 'THUMBS UP' ON THE EIS PANEL. AFTER ENG START WE LET MAINT KNOW ALL WAS WELL. BECAUSE WE WERE THE ONLY PEOPLE ON BOARD; WE KEPT THE COCKPIT DOOR OPEN. THE FLT WAS ROUTINE. CAPT WAS THE PF. HE CROSSED THE THRESHOLD OF RWY 33 ON SPD; ON COURSE AND TOUCHED DOWN AT THE PROPER TOUCHDOWN POINT. WITHOUT WARNING; AT ABOUT 100 KTS; THERE WAS A LOUD BANG AND HISSING NOISE IN THE COCKPIT. WE CONTINUED TO STOP THE AIRPLANE ON THE RWY. AS THE AIRPLANE CAME TO A STOP; WE REALIZED THE AFT CTR GALLEY CART HAD TRAVELED THROUGH THE CTR AISLE OF THE ACFT; CRASHING INTO THE CTR CONSOLE OF THE AIRPLANE. SEVERAL POP CANS HAD BEEN DISLODGED AND WERE AT OUR FEET. SOME HAD BURST. NONE OF THE CANS HIT THE FORWARD INST PANEL. WE DID OUR TAXI-IN CHKS AND ASKED MAINT TO MEET THE ACFT. WE COMPLETED OUR SHUTDOWN DUTIES AND SPOKE WITH MAINT.
