FO OF A CPR CESSNA CITATION; CE560; CLBED ABOVE PUBLISHED SID DEP FIX ALT RESULTING IN PENETRATING CLASS B AIRSPACE AND HAVING DEP CTLR REQUEST THAT THEY RETURN TO ASSIGNED AT ONCE.
BRIEFED SID FOR RWY 19 DEP. ADVISED THAT 24 NEW DEP RWY. TAXI TO RWY 24; HOLD SHORT AND THEN BRIEFED SID FOR RWY 24. AFTER TKOF AND GEAR RETRACTION; I ADVISED PF TO NOT EXCEED 200 KTS. TWR CALLED FOR FREQ CHANGE TO DEP. I RESPONDED AND CHANGED FREQS; RETRACTED FLAPS AND ADVISED 1500 FT NO FURTHER CLB UNTIL 4.5 DME. THE FLYING PILOT FOLLOWED THE SID; TURNED RIGHT TO 280 DEGS. I AM TALKING TO DEP WHILE THIS IS OCCURRING. THE PF CALLED 280 DEGS CLB TO 3000 FT. I ADJUSTED ALT ALERTER AND ADVISED DEP 280 DEGS UP TO 3000 FT. ABOUT THE TIME DEP RESPONDED; I REALIZED WHAT JUST HAPPENED AND SHOVED THE YOKE FORWARD. DEP RESPONDED 'MAINTAIN 1500 FT AND YOU MAY WANT TO REVIEW THE SID. THE ARRS FOR EWR ARE 1000 FT ABOVE;' THEN ADVISED OF FREQ CHANGE. I CHANGED FREQS AND WE CONTINUED UNTIL FL210 WHEN THINGS CALMED DOWN A BIT. CONTRIBUTING FACTORS I THINK STARTED ON THE PREVIOUS DAY. WE WERE ORIGINALLY BRIEFED FOR XE00 FLT TO EWR ON THE MORNING OF MAR/XA/00 THE BRIEFED WAS CHANGED FOR AN XA00 TO PIT. THIS I DON'T THINK IS A BIG FACTOR BUT POSSIBLY CONTRIBUTING. THEN PRIOR TO TAXI WE ORIGINALLY BELIEVED WE WERE DEPARTING ON RWY 19 AND BRIEFED RWY 19 SID. THEN WERE ASSIGNED RWY 24; WHICH ACTUALLY IS AN EARLIER SID. HOWEVER; WE THEN HAD TO REBRIEF. WHILE HOLDING AT RWY 24 AND BRIEFING RWY 24 SID; TWR CALLED AND SAID 'CLRED FOR IMMEDIATE TKOF ACFT L BASE.' I ASKED PF IF SID WAS UNDERSTOOD AND HE SAID YES. WE THEN TOOK OFF AND THE EVENT OCCURRED AS PREVIOUSLY DISCUSSED.
