FLC OF A LEARJET 31 DEPARTING AN UNCTLED ON A TELEPHONE IFR CLRNC WERE ADVISED BY DEP CTLR THAT THEY HAD ENTERED CTLED AIRSPACE AND THEIR IFR CLRNC WAS CANCELED.
ON AUG/XA/00 WE RECEIVED AN IFR CLRNC VIA GND PHONE RADIO AT GIF. UPON REACHING CLRNC WE RECEIVED THE FOLLOWING 'LTT X; CLRED DIRECT ROG AS FILED; CLB AND MAINTAIN 2000 FT; CONTACT TAMPA APCH ON 120.65; SQUAWK XXXX.' THE CLRNC WAS WRITTEN DOWN AND READ BACK BY THE PNF; AND WAS ACKNOWLEDGED CORRECT. A VOID TIME WAS RECEIVED AS XB20Z. TIME NOW WAS XA12Z. WE DEPARTED RWY 04 AT XB15Z AND AT 500-700 FT TURNED TO A DIRECT HDG OF APPROX 310 DEGS. WE THEN CONTACTED TPA APCH AND CHKED ON LEVEL 2000 FT. THE CTLR ASKED US WHAT HDG WE WERE ON; AND WE SAID 310 DEGS; DIRECT ROG; DEST. AT THIS TIME WE WERE ADVISED WE HAVE JUST BROKEN MANY VIOLATIONS TO TURN HDG 270 DEGS; MAINTAIN 2000 FT; REMAIN VFR AND OUR IFR CLRNC WAS CANCELED. HE ASKED US IF WE WERE GIVEN A 270 DEG HDG ON DEP AND WAS ADVISED 'NEGATIVE' AND WE READ BACK THE CLRNC WE RECEIVED. IN REVIEWING CHARTS AND AIRSPACE; THERE WAS NO AIRSPACE; AIRSPD; OR OTHER REGS VIOLATED. NO TCASII OR TA'S WERE HEARD. THE CTLR RETURNED TO US WITHIN APPROX 5 MINS WITH A CLB AND ONCE AGAIN INFORMED US WE WERE IN VIOLATION; HAD CAUSED HIM MANY PROBS; AND WE WERE IN SOMEONE ELSE'S AIRSPACE. THE ATC CTLR REMAINED HOSTILE AND WHEN ASKED IF WE NEEDED TO TAKE MATTERS FURTHER HE REPLIED THAT HE 'HADN'T DECIDED THAT YET.' ON DEP; CLARIFICATION OF A RWY DEP AND READING SHOULD HAVE BEEN VERIFIED AND ATC SHOULD HAVE CHKED WITH CLRNC DELIVERY.
