A JETSTREAM 4100 ON LNDG. IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE NOSE GEAR TOUCHED DOWN; ACFT JERKED VIOLENTLY AND PULLED L AND R WITH ANTISKID WARNING. POSTFLT CHK REVEALED OUTBOARD TIRES BLOWN AND INBOARD TIRES FLAT SPOTTED.
WE WERE ON FINAL APCH TO RWY 33R AT THE ARPT. PROFILE WAS GOOD. AS WE CROSSED THE ARPT PROPERTY FENCE; I CALLED OUT APPROX 3 KTS SLOW ON FINAL APCH SPD AND SLIGHTLY LOW ON GS (1/2 DOT LOW). AS THE FO FLARED; THE MAIN LNDG GEAR TOUCHED DOWN SMOOTHLY. IT WAS A VERY NICE LNDG IN FACT. HE SLOWLY LOWERED THE NOSE GEAR AND AS IT NEARED GND CONTACT; THE ACFT JERKED VIOLENTLY AND STARTED PULLING L AND R A SMALL AMOUNT. I AM NOT SURE WHEN THE ACFT STARTED JERKING; BUT IT WAS EITHER A SPLIT SECOND BEFORE OR AFTER THE NOSE GEAR CAME IN CONTACT WITH THE GND. WE THEN GOT A YELLOW ATTN-GETTER WITH AN ANTISKID CAPTION. I THEN TOOK CTL OF THE ACFT AND IT CONTINUED TO JERK VIOLENTLY. NO HARD BRAKE APPLICATIONS WERE APPLIED AND THE ENGS WERE NOT IN REVERSE. AFTER THE ACFT CAME TO A STOP; I IMMEDIATELY CALLED FOR CRASH RESCUE. THE RESCUE TEAM ADVISED ME THAT THE ACFT WAS OK EXCEPT FOR THE TIRES BEING BLOWN. ON POSTFLT WALKAROUND; I NOTICED THAT THE L AND R OUTBOARD TIRES WERE BLOWN WITH A BALD SPOT AT THE BOTTOM OF THE TIRE WHERE IT WAS IN CONTACT WITH THE RWY. THE L AND R INBOARD TIRES WERE THE EXACT OPPOSITE WITH NUMEROUS BALD SPOTS AND OVER 1/2 THE TIRE MISSING. I KNOW I AM NOT A MECH; BUT I AM SURE THE WHEELS SEEMED TO LOCK UP; PULLING OCCASIONALLY. CALLBACK CONVERSATION WITH RPTR REVEALED THE FOLLOWING INFO: THE RPTR STATED INITIALLY IT WAS HIS GUESS THE ANTISKID SYS FAILED BUT MAINT CHKED THE SYS AND FOUND IT OPERATIVE. THE RPTR SAID THE AIRPLANE WAS RETURNED TO SVC AND NO TIRE OR ANTISKID RPTS WERE RPTED. THE RPTR STATED THE COMPANY HAD ADVISED THE PLTS BY MEMO THAT WHEN REQUESTING DEICING MAKE CERTAIN THE PEOPLE DOING THE DEICING DO NOT HOSE DOWN THE LNDG GEAR. THE RPTR SAID THE REASON FOR NOT DEICING THE LNDG GEAR WAS THE PRESSURIZED FLUID WAS ENTERING THE BRAKE MOUNTED WHEEL SENSORS AND CAUSING ANTISKID PROBS. THE RPTR STATED THE ACFT WAS DEICED THAT MORNING BUT IS NOT CERTAIN THIS CAUSED THE PROB.
