HS125-700 FLC LOST DIRECTIONAL CTL DURING LNDG ROLL RESULTING IN THE ACFT GOING OFF THE SIDE OF THE RWY AND ACROSS A TXWY BEFORE FULL ACFT CTL WAS REGAINED. ONE RWY BOUNDARY LIGHT WAS RUN OVER CAUSING A CUT IN 1 TIRE. ALSO; THERE WAS A CRACK FOUND IN ONE OF THE ENG FAN BLADES DURING POSTFLT INSPECTION.
IT WAS A NORMAL APCH TO LNDG. WE TOUCHED DOWN JUST PAST THE NUMBERS. AS THE CAPT APPLIED THE BRAKES; THE ACFT STARTED TO TURN AT A SHARP ANGLE TO THE R. HE THEN DECIDED TO TRY AND TAKE OFF BUT WE COULD NOT STRAIGHTEN THE ACFT. HE THEN CHOPPED THE PWR AND TOOK IT IN THE GRASS. HE MANAGED TO GET DIRECTIONAL CTL. HE DID A GOOD JOB OF NOT OVER CTLING THE ACFT; OR WE MAY HAVE FLIPPED. THE ACFT STOPPED AFTER ABOUT 150 YARDS AND XING A TXWY. THE CAPT GOT UP AND CHKED TO SEE IF THE AVIONICS REPRESENTATIVE WAS OK AND THEN WENT OUTSIDE TO INSPECT THE ACFT. I STAYED AND WORKED THE RADIOS. THE CAPT RPTED NO VISIBLE DAMAGE. WE TAXIED BACK TO THE RAMP AND HAD MECHS INSPECT THE PLANE. THEY DID NOT SEE ANY APPARENT DAMAGE; BUT THEY COULD NOT BE SURE UNTIL A GEAR SWING WAS PERFORMED. ALSO; ON POSTFLT; A ROCK WAS FOUND IN THE L MAIN BRAKE ASSEMBLY AND A CRACKED FAN BLADE. THE MECHS STATED THAT THE CRACK WAS NOT CAUSED BY US. AS OF THIS WRITING THE CAUSE IS STILL TO BE DETERMINED. AS FAR AS DAMAGE TO THE ARPT; WE KNOCKED OVER A RWY LIGHT; ALSO 1 TIRE HAD A CUT IN IT -- PROBABLY FROM THE RWY LIGHT.
