SMA PLT INADVERTENTLY ENTERED RESTR AIRSPACE DURING VFR FLT. NO NOTAM WAS GIVEN PLT DURING DUAT WX BRIEFING.
DEPARTED ZZZ1 FOR RETURN TRIP TO HOME ARPT OF ZZZ2. FLT WAS IN VFR CONDITIONS; NO FLT PLAN FILED. WX CHKED PRIOR TO ZZZ1 DEP. PLANNED FOR REFUELING AT ZZZ3 ARPT. STRONG HEADWINDS NECESSITATED REFUEL STOP CHANGE TO ZZZ4 ARPT. AFTER REFUELING WX WAS RECHKED AND FOUND OK FOR CONTINUED VFR FLT (NO FLT PLAN FILED). DUE TO CHANGED REFUELING LOCATION; I DISCUSSED PRESENCE OF ZZZ5 AFB NEAR ZZZ4 WITH FBO ATTENDANT. I WAS NOT AWARE OF AIRSPACE RESTRS AROUND ZZZ5 AND FBO DID NOT MENTION THEM. SINCE MOST OF MY FLYING IS IN THE WEST; I WAS NOT FAMILIAR WITH ALL THE AIRSPACE RESTRS IN OTHER PART OF THE COUNTRY WHICH WERE STILL IN EFFECT. I USED COMMERCIAL SVC FOR WX SVC FLT PLANNING AND CURRENT NOTAMS. NOTAMS DO NOT REFLECT THE LONG TERM RESTRS AT ZZZ5 AFB. CURRENT WAC NAVIGATION CHARTS DO NOT REFLECT THESE RESTRS EITHER. I WAS MONITORING APCH CTL FREQS BUT HEARD NO CALLS ADVISING ME THAT I WAS VIOLATING ZZZ5 RESTR AIRSPACE. LATER; AS I PASSED ZZZ6 APCH CTL AREA; THEY ADVISED ME TO CONTACT ZZZ7 UPON LANDING. I HAD PASSED THROUGH THE ZZZ5 RESTR AIRSPACE AT MY CRUISING ALTITUDE OF 8500 FT. ALTHOUGH MANY RESTRS RESULTED FROM THE 9/TUE/01 EVENT; IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO BE AWARE OF ALL REMAINING ONES AROUND THE US.
