DC9 DISPATCHED TO OMA WITH INOP ANTI SKID ENCOUNTERS PREDICTED LLWS ON ARR. MOMENTARY LOSS OF CTL AFTER TOUCHDOWN RESULTED IN BRAKE APPLICATION; WHICH WAS MORE AGGRESSIVE THAN DESIRABLE FOR THE ANTI SKID SIT; AND ALL 4 TIRES WORE FLAT SPOTS BEFORE THE BRAKES COULD BE RELEASED.
DISPATCHED TO OMA WITH ANTI-SKID INOP. LLWS IN EFFECT AT OMA. NORMAL FLT TO OMA. ON FINAL TWR RPTS WINDS AT 170 DEGS AT 24 KTS GUSTING TO 34 KTS. NORMAL TOUCHDOWN. AT APPROX 80 KTS; THE ACFT BEGAN TO SLIDE TO THE L. TRIED TO MAINTAIN DIRECTIONAL CTL WITH RUDDER AND AILERON; BUT ACFT CONTINUED TO WX VANE TO THE R. AT SOME POINT; LIGHT BRAKES WERE APPLIED; BUT HE R BRAKE GRABBED; SO BRAKES WERE RELEASED. WE EXITED THE RWY AT TXWY C AND TWR RPTED HEAVY SMOKE COMING FROM THE R BRAKE. WEE STOPPED ON TXWY C; AND I REQUESTED THAT EMER EQUIP BE SENT. ONCE STOPPED; THE TWR RPTED THAT THE SMOKE HAD CEASED. I INFORMED FLT ATTENDANTS AND PAX OF OUR CONDITION; AND THAT WE WOULD PROCEED TO THE GATE SHORTLY. TALKED TO FIRE RESCUE AND ADVISED THAT NO SMOKE OR FIRE VISIBLE; AND THAT ALL TIRES WERE INFLATED. REQUESTED CLRNC TO TAXI TO THE GATE WITH EMER EQUIP TO FOLLOW. ONCE AT THE GATE; INSPECTION REVEALED FLAT SPOTS ON ALL 4 MAIN TIRES. TALK TO BOTH DISPATCH AND MAINT CREW. 2 MECHS AND 4 NEW TIRES SENT TO REPLACE THE WORN TIRES. ACFT WAS SIGNED OFF AND FERRIED BACK FOR MAINT.
