Synopsis

A LEARJET 31 FO RPTED ON THE STRANGE ACTIONS OF HER CAPT; PF; DURING A FLT TO FLL.

Narrative

DURING OUR FLT WE REALIZED THAT OUR ALT INDICATORS WERE READING DIFFERENTLY. THEY WERE OFF ABOUT 1000 FT FROM EACH OTHER. THE CAPT WAS FLYING AND I BROUGHT THIS TO HIS ATTN. HE SAID THAT IT WASN'T THAT BIG OF A DEAL. ALSO; AT THIS TIME OUR AIRSPD INDICATORS WERE READING DIFFERENTLY. I ALSO BROUGHT THIS TO HIS ATTN. BOTH OF THESE INCIDENTS HAPPENED RIGHT AFTER TKOF. I SUGGESTED THAT WE GO BACK AND LAND AND THE CAPT SAID THERE WAS NO NEED TO AND THAT WE COULD CONTINUE ON THE FLT. I TOLD HIM OF MY CONCERNS AND THAT I WASN'T COMFORTABLE WITH THE SIT. HE SAID WE WERE GOING TO DO IT HIS WAY AND THAT WAS THE END OF IT. ON COMING DOWN FROM ALT FROM FL450 AND FL340 HE DIDN'T DSND WHEN HE WAS SUPPOSED TO. I KEPT TELLING HIM THAT CTR NEEDS US TO START DOWN. AFTER THE CTR CALLED FOR THE THIRD TIME; HE STARTED DOWN. OUR AIRSPD INDICATORS WERE STILL NOT READING CORRECTLY AT THIS TIME. HE GOT THE DSCNT GOING A LITTLE TOO FAST AND HAD A HARD TIME SLOWING UP. WE NEEDED TO MAKE THE XING RESTR AT MARLIN FOR THE MARLIN 4 ARR; FLL INTL ARPT. UPON REACHING 7000 FT; I TOLD HIM TO LEVEL OFF AND HE CONTINUED DOWN. HE SAID HE NEEDED TO GET HIS AIRSPD UP. I TOLD HIM TO LEVEL OFF AND PUSHED THE PWR UP. I KEPT TELLING HIM THAT HE WAS STILL DSNDING AND HE WASN'T DOING ANYTHING ABOUT IT. I TOOK THE AIRPLANE AND PUSHED THE PWR UP AND GOT US BACK UP TO 7000 FT. HE WASN'T TOO HAPPY ABOUT THAT. HE IS A VERY DEMANDING MAN AND VERY DIFFICULT TO WORK WITH IN THE COCKPIT. WE LANDED FINE.
