LAST MIN CHANGE TO DEP CLRNC; B757-200 FLT CREW OVERSHOOT NEW SID RESTR AFTER DEPARTING LAS.
ON CLBOUT FROM LAS RWY 25R; TRLR SID; MISSED AT OR BELOW 7000 FT ALT RESTR AT ROPPR. RECEIVED LAST MIN CHANGE IN DEP CLRNC FROM AACES TO TRLR SID; INCLUDING ALT CLRNC TO FL190. LOADED TRLR SID IN FMC AND BRIEFED NEW PROC. SEEING NO ALT RESTR IN VERBIAGE FOR DEP FROM RWY 25R; WE SET FL190 IN MCP ALT WINDOW. WHILE BRIEFING RTE; NOTED SIMILAR GND TRACK TO AACES; BUT WITHOUT INITIAL FIX BEING FLYOVER WAYPOINT. WE SAW THAT A RWY POS UPDATE WAS REQUIRED; AND ACCOMPLISHED IT THEN SINCE OUR FLT WAS #1 FOR DEP. WE WERE THEN CLRED FOR TKOF. WE DID NOT SEE THE AT OR BELOW 7000 FT ALT RESTR AT ROPPR. AFTER TKOF; AT APPROX 3000 FT; CAPT CONTACTED DEP CTL AND RPTED CLBING TO FL190. CTLR SAID 'ROGER.' CLBING THROUGH APPROX 8000 FT; DEP CTLR ASKED 'SAY ALT.' WE RPTED 'THROUGH 8000 FT FOR FL190.' CTLR SAID; 'CLB TO FL190; AND IN THE FUTURE; CROSS ROPPR AT OR BELOW 7000 FT.' THERE WAS NO OTHER TFC IN AREA. I BELIEVE A CAUSE OF THIS ERROR WAS THE FACT THAT I ALLOWED DEP SEQUENCE OF EVENTS TO BECOME COMPRESSED AND RUSHED JUST PRIOR TO DEP AND I SHOULD HAVE BEEN MORE THOROUGH REVIEWING AND BRIEFING NEWLY ASSIGNED SID. ALSO CONTRIBUTING WAS THE FACT THAT I WAS TIRED DUE TO XA00 GET UP; AND HAD NOT PREVIOUSLY FLOWN THE TRALR DEP.
