B767-300. FLT CREW AND DISPATCH WERE NOT AWARE OF RTE CHANGES. VARIED FROM THE 'MASTER FLT PLANS' THAT WERE ISSUED FOR FLT PLANNING PURPOSES TO AND FROM SBGR; FO.
ON JUN/THU/04; A COMMERCIAL CHART CHANGE TO SOUTH AMERICA HIGH CHART 3/4 HAD SIGNIFICANT CHANGES. EVIDENTLY; NEITHER COMPANY OPS NOR DISPATCH REVIEWED THE NEW ROUTINGS. THE OLD MASTER FLT PLAN WAS STILL BEING ISSUED ON JUN/THU/04. ON THE WESTERN RTE FROM MTU ON UZ-12 TO GRU; ALL OF THE WAYPOINTS HAVE BEEN RENAMED AND MOVED. ON THE EASTERN RTE FROM DIMAN ON UA-315; THE RTE HAS CHANGED AFTER NILON. THE OLD MASTER FLT PLAN RTE NO LONGER EXISTS ON THE CHART. (AFTER SAMAR; UL795; QUILT; UW15; AAQ TO CPN.) HOWEVER; THE MASTER FLT PLAN; ICAO; FLT PLAN; AND ATC PDC ALL HAD THE SAME ERROR. IT WASN'T UNTIL THE IRO WAS MARKING THE NEW CHART ENRTE; APPROX 4 HRS AFTER TKOF; THAT THE ERROR WAS CAUGHT. DISPATCH WAS NOTIFIED AND A NEW ROUTING WAS COORDINATED WITH DISPATCH AND REQUESTED FROM SA ATC. (AFTER NILON; DIRECT TO ABUSE; UL201 TO PSN.) CALLBACK CONVERSATION WITH RPTR REVEALED THE FOLLOWING INFO: THE MASTER FLT PLAN AND THE ICAO FLT PLAN AGREED WITH EACH OTHER. RPTR CLAIMED THAT THE OPS DEPT HAD UPDATED NEW SOFTWARE PROGRAM WAYPOINTS IN THE FMS. THE CHANGES IN THE RTE WERE AFTER NILON INTXN WHERE THE OLD PLOTTING CHART WAS IN DISAGREEMENT WITH THE RTE BEING FLOWN. FLT CREW COORD WITH DISPATCH AND ATC FOR A NEW RTE AFTER NILON. RPTR MET WITH THE CHIEF PLT WHO ALLEGED THAT THE DEP COUNTRY HAD NOT COORDINATED WITH THE AERO CHART PRINTING COMPANY. FLT OPS HAD THE CHANGES; BUT NOT DISPATCH. RPTR FEELS IT IS A COORD PROB BTWN THE COUNTRY OF ORIGIN; AERO CHART PRODUCER; THE DIFFERENT AIRLINE INTRA-DEPARTMENTAL COORD AND THE FAA. THE RPTR ADVISED CONFUSION EXISTS WITH THE FLT CREWS WHEN CALLING AMAZONICA CTR (SBAZ). THAT IS A NEW CTR TERM FOR THE INCORPORATED OLD MANUAS (SBMU); PORTO VELHO (SBPH) AND BRASILIA CTRS (SBBS). AIRLINE HAS CREATED AND PRINTED OUT A NEW PLOTTING CHART AND MADE A NEW MASTER FLT PLAN.
