A B737 SHORTLY AFTER TKOF AT 500 FT DECLARED AN EMER AND DIVERTED DUE TO ELECTRICAL FUMES IN COCKPIT WITH 4 CIRCUIT BREAKERS TRIPPED.
SHORTLY AFTER TKOF; NOTICED ELECTRICAL FUMES IN COCKPIT. COPLT NOTED 1 CIRCUIT BREAKER POPPED ON CAPT'S CIRCUIT BREAKER PANEL AND OBSERVED 3 ADDITIONAL CIRCUIT BREAKERS POP IN A SHORT TIME INTERVAL. AUTOPLT WOULD NOT ENGAGE. RAN CHKLIST; DID NOT RESET CIRCUIT BREAKERS. (CIRCUIT BREAKERS INVOLVED WERE THRUST REVERSER RELATED.) REQUESTED DEADHEADING B737 CAPT COME TO COCKPIT TO ASSIST WITH TROUBLESHOOTING AND WORKLOAD. FUMES DISSIPATED RAPIDLY. ADVISED ATC OF POSSIBLE DIVERT AND CONFERRED WITH COMPANY MAINT VIA RADIO. ELECTED NOT TO RETURN TO ZZZ1 DUE TO STRONG WINDS FAVORING SHORTEST RWY AND LOSS OF THRUST REVERSERS. REJECTED DIVERT TO JFK DUE TO RWY ORIENTATION. ELECTED TO PROCEED TO ZZZ IN FAVOR OF EXCELLENT WX AND FAVORABLE STRONG WINDS. ATC ADVISED APCHING ZZZ2 VOR TO EXPECT HOLDING; ADVISED ATC WE WERE UNABLE DUE TO OUR SIT. ATC VECTORED TOWARD ZZZ FOR APCH TO RWY 27. APPROX 20 MI FROM ZZZ; ELECTRICAL FUMES AGAIN NOTED BY ALL 3 CREW MEMBERS BUT NOT AS STRONG AS PREVIOUSLY. REQUESTED DIRECT RTE TO RWY 27 AT ZZZ. ATC TOOK AT LEAST 1 ACFT AHEAD OF OUR FLT OFF THE APCH AND CLRED FLT DIRECT TO RWY 27. REQUESTED EMER EQUIP BE DISPATCHED AS A PRECAUTION. FUMES DISSIPATED. LANDED; CLRED RWY AND BRAKED TO STOP WITHOUT USE OF THRUST REVERSERS. EMER PERSONNEL EXAMINED ACFT EXTERIOR AND RPTED NO SMOKE; FLUIDS OR DAMAGE OBSERVED. PROCEEDED TO GATE.
