REJECTED TKOF. ACFT DEICED AT GATE AND AGAIN AT A CAR WASH LOCATION IN CLR WX. WITH ENG ANTI-ICE ON AFTER A 15 SECOND ENG RUN-UP APPLIED MAX PWR SETTING. EXPERIENCED COMPRESSOR STALL ON ENG #3; REJECTED TKOF. UPON POSTFLT; ICE WAS DISCOVERED IN THE INLET OF ENG #1. SUSPECT SAME ON #3. MAINT DISCOVERED INLET FAN DAMAGE ON #3. POOR DEICE CREW TRAINING/PERFORMANCE TO BLAME. PLT FATIGUE: ACR X FEB/SUN/06 SHOWED AT XA50. PUSH APPROX AT XB20. CAR WASH DEICE. REJECTED TKOF; BLOCK BACK IN AT XC30. AIRPLANE HAND DOWN FROM ICE DAMAGE TO ENG. WAITED FOR DISPATCH TO DECIDE WHAT TO DO. DISPATCH STATED THAT THEY WERE OVERWHELMED AND UNABLE TO FIND TIME TO ADDRESS PROB.
