A CL65'S 'NOSE DOOR OPEN' AND 'GEAR DISAGREE' MSG'S APPEARED AFTER TKOF CAUSED BY IMPROPERLY SECURED NOSE GEAR TORQUE LINK CONNECTION.
TKOF WAS PERFORMED OFF RWY 32 AT ZZZ. WX WAS VISUAL. UP TO THAT POINT EVERYTHING WAS OK. NORMAL WALKAROUND THAT MORNING WAS PERFORMED AND NOTHING UNUSUAL WAS OBSERVED. AIRPLANE WAS OK AND NO GEAR PINS WERE OBSERVED. FLT WAS SCHEDULED TO OPERATE FROM ZZZ TO ZZZ1 WITH A DEP TIME OF XA00 LCL ON DEC/SUN/06. AFTER TKOF AT APPROX 200 FT AGL WE RECEIVED THE FOLLOWING: 'GEAR DISAGREE MESSAGE;' 'NOSE DOOR OPEN;' WOW INPUT 'STEERING INOP.' AIRPLANE WAS LEVELED OFF AT 3000 FT MSL UNDER APCH RADAR CTL. WE REQUESTED VECTORS IN THE LCL AREA TO ANALYZE THE PROB AND ACCOMPLISH ALL CHKLISTS. AFTER COMPLETION OF CHKLISTS WE HAD 3 GREEN GEAR INDICATIONS AND WITH THAT WE RETURNED TO ZZZ FOR LNDG. APCH CTL WAS NOTIFIED THAT WE HAD A GEAR ISSUE. LNDG WAS NORMAL UNTIL WE HIT '60 KTS;' AT THAT POINT WE NOTICED A VIBRATION FROM THE NOSEWHEEL. WE WERE ABLE TO MAINTAIN DIRECTIONAL CTL WITH BRAKES. AIRPLANE WAS STEERED OFF THE RWY AND WE THEN REQUESTED TO BE TOWED FROM THE RWY EXIT TO THE GATE. A MECH ARRIVED AND LOOKED AT THE NOSEWHEEL AND STATED THAT IT WAS MOST LIKELY THAT THE GND CREW DID NOT PROPERLY SECURE THE TORQUE LINK DURING DISCONNECT AFTER THEY HAD US PUSHED BACK FROM THE GATE. THIS COULD BE PREVENTED IN THE FUTURE BY HAVING BETTER PROCS AFTER DISCONNECT. THERE IS NO WAY FOR THE FLT CREW TO CHK THE TORQUE LINK AFTER PUSHBACK FROM THE COCKPIT. GND CREW WAS NEW TO THE PUSHBACK PROCS SINCE ZZZ HAD RECENTLY COMPLETED NEW TERMINAL WITH JET BRIDGE OPS. PUSHBACK PROCS WITH JET BRIDGE WERE NOT USED BEFORE BY GND CREW.
