BE36 SUFFERS GEAR COLLAPSE ON LNDG.
AS PART OF THE PRELNDG CHKLIST; I LOWERED THE GEAR. THE GEAR WAS AUDIBLY HEARD EXTENDING AND VISUALLY CONFIRMED DOWN BY THE WING MIRRORS SHOWING THE GEAR. HOWEVER; THE SINGLE AMBER GEAR UNSAFE LIGHT REMAINED LIT. I ATTEMPTED TO CYCLE THE GEAR BUT IT REMAINED UNCHANGED (NO GREENS). AT THIS POINT THE GEAR WOULD NEITHER RETRACT NOR CONFIRM EXTENSION. I CONTACTED APCH AND ADVISED THEM OF MY CIRCUMSTANCES AND REQUESTED FLT FOLLOWING WHILE I ADDRESSED THE SITUATION. AFTER INSPECTING CIRCUIT BREAKERS (NONE TRIPPED); I ENGAGED THE AUTOPLT'S HDG AND ALT HOLD AND REVIEWED THE MANUAL GEAR EXTENSION PROCS. I PULLED THE GEAR CIRCUIT BREAKER; CONFIRMED MY SPD WAS WELL BELOW 156 KIAS AND LNDG GEAR WAS IN THE DOWN POS. AFTER EXTENDING THE MANUAL HAND CRANK; I HAND CRANKED COUNTERCLOCKWISE 75 ROTATIONS WITH LITTLE RESISTANCE WHILE LOOKING INTO THE WING INSTALLED GEAR MIRRORS OCCASIONALLY AND THE GEAR LIGHTS FOR ANY CHANGE WITHOUT SUCCESS. I LISTENED FOR BUT NEVER HEARD THE CLICK OF THE GEAR LOCKING INTO PLACE. APCH VECTORED ME TO ZZZ FOR A LOW APCH AND VISUAL INSPECTION BY THE TWR. THE TWR CONFIRMED THAT MY GEAR WAS EXTENDED. I ASKED THE TWR IF THEY HAD ANY ADDITIONAL IDEAS AND THEY RESPONDED THAT THEY DID NOT AND HANDED ME BACK TO APCH. APCH ASKED MY INTENTIONS NOTING THAT ZZZ HAD EMER PERSONNEL ON THE FIELD AND ZZZ1 DID NOT. I ELECTED TO LAND AT ZZZ1 AND WAS HANDED BACK TO TWR WHO VECTORED ME TO A STRAIGHT-IN FINAL APCH. UPON ROLLOUT; ALL 3 GEAR COLLAPSED. MINOR DAMAGE OCCURRED AND THERE WERE NO INJURIES.
