AN SMA PILOT APCHING OLS CLAIMS TO BE FALSELY IDENTIFIED AS VIOLATING A KNOWN RESTRICTED AREA; BUT HE REMAINED CLEAR USING BOTH GPS AND PAPER CHART.
I CALLED FSS FOR A STANDARD VFR BRIEFING FOR A VFR FLT FROM ZZZ TO OLS. THE BRIEFER ALERTED ME ON THE ACTIVE RESTR AREA #R-2303C. HE DID NOT SAY ANYTHING ABOUT #R-2303A&B! I ASKED THE BRIEFER TO REPEAT THE ALERT AND FOR THE SECOND TIME HE ONLY MENTIONED #R-2303C. I CALLED FSS AFTER THE FLT TO CONFIRM THAT MY CALL WAS RECORDED AND THEY CONFIRMED. I HAVE FLOWN THIS SAME RTE SEVERAL TIMES IN THE PAST SO I AM VERY AWARE OF THE ABOVE RESTR AIRSPACE. I REMAINED CLR OF R-2303A;B;&C AIRSPACES! I ALTERED MY COURSE AND APCH TO THE W OF THESE AIRSPACES AND E OF TUCSON CLASS C AIRSPACE. I SAW TO MY R THE TUS ARPT AND THE CITY. I DID NOT SEE ANY MIL ACFT. WINDS WERE LIGHT OUT OF THE SW. I OVERFLEW OLS; AT MIDFIELD AT 6000 FT MSL; ENTERED THE PATTERN ON A 45 DEG APCH TO RWY 21; L DOWNWIND; AND LANDED ON RWY 21. THERE WERE 3 OTHER ACFT IN THE PATTERN OR ON APCH TO OLS. I WAS #2 ACFT FOR LNDG BEHIND A C182; WHO WAS APCHING STRAIGHT-IN FOR RWY 21. I NAVIGATED MY FLT USING BOTH PAPER CHARTS AND MY GARMIN 430 GPS SYS. I KNOW THAT I REMAINED CLR OF ALL RESTR AIRSPACES AND I BELIEVE THAT THE C182 THAT FLEW STRAIGHT-IN FOR RWY 21 WAS THE VIOLATOR OF THE RESTR AIRSPACE. THE FBO EMPLOYEE TAGGED THE WRONG ACFT!
