B737 FLT CREW RPTS MISSING REVISED SEGMENT ON PDC AND FLIES WRONG SID DEPARTING LAS.
WE LANDED EARLY IN LAS. THE CAPT OFFERED TO DO FO'S THROUGH FLT DUTIES SO HE COULD GET FOOD. RELEASE SHOWED NON STD RTE. IT WAS A COUPLE MINUTES EARLY TO GET PDC (OVER 30 MIN) SO THE CAPT LOADED FMC WITH DISPATCH RELEASE RTE. AFTER; THE CAPT RECEIVED THE PDC CLRNC; IT WAS VERIFIED AGAINST THE RELEASE AND THE FMC. IT SHOWED LAS TRALR 2 DVC AND REST OF FILED RTE IN THE PDC. IT ALSO; HOWEVER SHOWED -STAAV 4 DVC- ABOVE THE RTE CLRNC. THE CAPT MISSED THAT. THE CAPT TOLD THE FO UPON HIS RETURN THAT IT WAS A NON STD RTE AND TO VERIFY THE FMC. THE CAPT WENT ON TO BRIEF AND FLY THE TRALR 2 DEP. LAS DEP QUERIED US SHORTLY AFTER TAKEOFF AS TO WHAT SID WE WERE FLYING. FO SAID WE WERE FLYING THE TRALR AND LAS DEP IMMEDIATELY GAVE US HEADINGS TOWARD DVC. REST OF THE FLT WAS UNEVENTFUL. 1) BETTER READING OF CLRNC BY THE CAPT. 2) BETTER BACKUP BY FO. 3) I THINK THERE SHOULD ONLY BE ONE SID LISTED IN THE PDC. HAVING 2 SIDS LISTED CAN LEAD TO CONFUSION. SUPPLEMENTAL INFO FROM ACN 790431: WE ARRIVED FROM 6 MINUTES EARLY AND THE CAPT HAD AGREED TO A FOOD RUN. I WAS TO GO FIRST AND HE WOULD GO SECOND. WHEN I ARRIVED BACK AT THE AIRPLANE HE WAS NICE ENOUGH TO GET ALL THE PREFLT DUTIES COMPLETED. UPON ARRIVAL BACK AT THE AIRPLANE HE INFORMED ME THAT WE HAD A NON STD RTE LISTED ON OUR RELEASE. I LOOKED AT THE PDC AND THEN CHKED THE RTE PAGE AND IT AGREED WITH WHAT WAS LISTED ON THE DISPATCH RELEASE. WHAT NEITHER OF US REALIZED WAS THAT -STAAV 4 DVC- WAS LISTED JUST ABOVE THE TRALR 2 RNAV ON THE PDC; INDICATING THE PREFERRED RTE. WE FOUND THIS OUT AFTER DEP CTL TOLD US WE HAD THE WRONG FREQ AFTER DEP. AFTER SEVERAL HEADING AND ALTITUDE CHANGES WERE ISSUED TO US WE CONTINUED WITH NO OTHER PROBLEMS. LESSON LEARNED! WE BOTH AGREED THAT THE TRALR2.DVC SHOULD NOT EVEN APPEAR ON THE PDC PAGE. IF ATC DOES NOT WANT US TO DO THIS DEPARTURE WHY EVEN LIST IT ON THE PDC? IF WE NEED TO SEE WHAT THE FILED RTE IS ALL WE HAVE TO DO IS LOOK AT THE RELEASE! THIS JUST SEEMS AS TO BE A 'GOT YA' AND YES IT GOT US. LESSON LEARNED!
