EMBRAER 145 FLIGHT CREW DECLARE EMERGENCY AND DIVERTED TO NEAREST SUITABLE AIRPORT WHEN THEY ENCOUNTERED PNEUMATIC BLEED FAILURES AND INOPERATIVE ANTI-ICE SYSTEMS WHILE OPERATING IN WIDE SPREAD ICING CONDITIONS.
WE WERE AT CRUISE ALTITUDE FL240 ABOUT 120 MILES NORTH ZZZ WHEN WE GOT A BLEED LEAK EICAS WARNING. SECONDS LATER; WE GOT A STABILIZER ANTI-ICE FAIL. THIS LED TO THE EVENTUAL COMPLETE ANTI-ICING FAILURE. WE RAN BOTH CHECKLISTS AND WHEN WE WERE FINISHED WE WERE DOWN TO ONE BLEED FOR ANTI-ICING. THE WEATHER WAS HORRIBLE ALL OVER THE EAST COAST WITH LOW CEILINGS AND ON AND OFF ICING AT ALL LEVELS. WE DECLARED AN EMERGENCY AND REQUESTED THE CLOSEST AIRPORT THAT WE COULD SHOOT AN APPROACH. WE HAD BEEN IN ICING CONTINUOUSLY FOR 15 MINUTES BEFORE THE FAILURE AND WANTED TO EXIT CONDITIONS; BUT KNEW WE COULD BE IN IT ALL THE WAY TO THE GROUND. ZZZ WAS AN OPTION TO CONTINUE BUT WE HAD A 100 KT DIRECT HEADWIND. WE TOLD THE CENTER TO GIVE US OUR OPTIONS AND THEY SAID ZZZ1 WAS 60 MILES NORTH IF WE WANTED TO TURN NORTH. WE KNEW WITH THE TAILWIND THIS OPTION WOULD BE QUICKER. AS WE WERE IN THE TURN WE REALIZED WE DID NOT HAVE APPROACH CHARTS FOR ZZZ1 SO WE ASKED FOR THE NEXT BEST AIRPORT AND THEY SAID ZZZ2 WAS ONLY 70 MILES AND THIS STILL HAD A TAILWIND. WE DIVERTED TO ZZZ2 AND RAN ALL THE PROPER CHECKLISTS. WE LANDED UNEVENTFULLY.
