AFT LAVITORY DOORS ON LATE MODEL LGT SLAM OPEN ON TKOF. CABIN ATTENDANT CONCERNED LAVITORY COULD BE MISTAKEN FOR EXIT IN EMERGENCY.

Narrative

UPON STAND STILL AND MOMENT OF ACFT ON RWY TO BEGIN TO GAIN SPD; BY FLT DECK CAPT AND F/O; LAV 1 RIGHT HAND SIDE; 2 LEFT HAND SIDE OF AISLES DOORS SWING OPEN. DOOR LATCHES AREN'T VERY SECURE EXCEPT AFTER PERSON STEPS INSIDE AND MANUALLY USES HANDLE (DOOR KNOB) AND SLIDES INTO OCCUPIED POS. DIRECTLY BEHIND ARE THE EMER EXIT DOORS L3 FOR E F/A; AND R3; STANDARD PART OF CREW COMPLEMENT; A FEW FT AFT OF ECONOMY CLASS LAVS. EXIT SIGNS OK; HOWEVER; DURING ANY GIVEN PLANNED OR UNPLANNED EMER EVAC; ABLE BODIED PEOPLE; OR ANYONE; COULD INADVERTENTLY GO TOWARD THE WRONG OPENING AND SLOW DOWN ESCAPE. CABIN ATTENDANT HAS; AS AN ON DUTY CREW MEMBER IN THE PAST; BEEN A PART OF 2 EMER EVACUS. THIS IS THE FIRST MENTION OF THIS AND CABIN ATTENDANT HASN'T MENTIONED THIS TO OWN COMPANY'S MECHS. LOCATION AND SAFETY FACTORS CABIN ATTENDANT BELIEVES THIS COULD BE PREVENTION OR PREVENTATIVE MEASURES COMMUNICATED BY WAY OF THIS REPEATED SITUATION. NIP IT AT THE BUD!
