TO THE FEDERAL AVIATION ADMINISTRATION: Expand the applicability of the recordkeeping requirements of 14 Code of Federal Regulations 135.63(c) to all Part135 operations, including single-engine operations, to require (1) the preparation of an accurate load manifest containing evidence that aircraft are within the approved center of gravity limits for each flight, (2) the inclusion of a copy of the documentation on board aircraft for each flight, and (3) the preservation of a copy of the documentation for at least 30 days after the flight.
