TO THE UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF WAR, POLICY BOARD ON FEDERAL AVIATION: Require all military aircraft operating in the National Airspace System (NAS) be equipped with Automatic Dependent Surveillance-Broadcast (ADS-B) In with a cockpit display of traffic information that is configured to provide alerting audible to the pilot and/or flight crew, and that such requirement apply wherever in the NAS the Federal Aviation Administration requires any aircraft to operate with ADS-B Out.
