WE, THEREFORE, RECOMMEND THAT THE FEDERAL AVIATION ADMINISTRATION REQUIRE THAT THE INFORMATION ON INFLIGHT ENGINE RESTART PROCEDURES BE FURNISHED TO ALL CESSNA U206A OPERATORS BY APPROPRIATE MEANS. IN VIEW OF OUR INVESTIGATION FINDINGS, IT IS FURTHER RECOMMENDED THAT A REVIEW BE MADE OF THE FLIGHT AND OWNER'S MANUAL AND PLACARDS OF SIMILAR MODEL AIRCRAFT TO ASSURE THAT THEY COMPLY WITH THE PROVISIONS OF PART 23.1585 OF THE FEDERAL AVIATION REGULATIONS.
