BOARD RECOMMENDED THAT THE FAA CONSIDER ISSUING AN ACCIDENT PREVENTION ADVISORY NOTICE TO REGISTERED OWNERS, EXPLAINING THE CIRCUMSTANCES OF THIS ACCIDENT AND THE INSPECTION PROCEDURE TO DETERMINE WHETHER PROPER BOLTS ARE INSTALLED.
