1. AIR CARRIER TRANSPORT TRAINING PROGRAMS BE REVISED TO ASSURE THAT THE POWERED RUDDER CHARACTERISTICS OF BOEING 707-331C AND SIMILAR AIRCRAFT ARE BROUGHT TO THE ATTENTION OF ALL PILOTS ASSIGNED TO THOSE AIRCRAFT. 2. THAT THE CHARACTERISTIC IS THE POWERED RUDDER, PARTICULARLY WITH RESPECT TO THE PROCEDURES NECESSARY TO ACHIEVE MANUAL REVISION, BE CONSIDERED IN ESTABLISHING CHECKLISTS AND OPERATING PROCEDURES RELATED TO ASYMMETRICAL THRUST OR DIRECTIONAL CONTROL PROBLEMS IN PARTICULAR AIRCRAFT.
