ALL POTENTIAL USERS OF LARGE AIRCRAFT ON A SHORT-TERM CHARTER BASIS QUESTION PROVIDERS OF SUCH SERVICES AS TO THE TYPE OF OPERATIONS FOR WHICH THEY HAVE BEEN CERTIFICATED BY THE FAA. IF AT ALL IN DOUBT AS TO PROPER CERTIFICATION, SUCH USERS SHOULD CONSULT THE NEAREST FAA OFFICE FOR ADVICE. IN SO DOING, THEY WILL BE INFORMED OF THE PROPER PROCEDURES TO INSURE THAT THE PROPOSED FLIGHT CAN BE ACCOMPLISHED WITH MAXIMUM SAFETY.
