THE NTSB RECOMMENDS THAT THE FEDERAL AVIATION ADMINISTRATION: PUBLISH DETAILS OF BELLANCA MODEL 8GCBC IN-FLIGHT AIRFRAME FAILURE ACCIDENTS IN FAA ADVISORY CIRCULAR (AC) NO. 16, GENERAL AVIATION AIRWORTHINESS ALERTS.
